Hole by Hole

Hole 1

Hole 1 – Mr. Palmer | HDCP 18

A comfortable but yet challenging par 5. While big hitters may be able to reach in two, a small fast green requires a careful approach.

Hole 2

Hole 2 – The Road Hole | HDCP 14

Lots of elevation change up the hill on this short par 4. A good drive to the crest of the hill leaves an iron, or maybe a wedge, into the green.

Hole 3

Hole 3 – The Abyss | HDCP 16

In order to avoid “The Abyss”, your drive should favor the right side of the fairway. Two more shots will land you on the green, which has a formidable false front.

Hole 4

Hole 4 – ARNIE’s CLiff | HDCP 12

Paschal’s signature hole, this par 3 rewards a well placed tee ball to a gently right to left sloping green. Breathtaking view from the tee box!

Hole 5

HOLE 5 – Paschal ridge | HDCP 2

A longish par 4, the fairway is quite open but your approach must take into account the raised green in order to card a 4. This is a difficult par.

Hole 6

HOLE 6 – carolina pine | HDCP 10

A nice drive sets up an easy approach shot, just don’t be long as the back of the green falls off precipitously. The front of the green is protected by small swales so be prepared for the odd bounce or two.

Hole 7

HOLE 7 – DOGWOOD | HDCP 8

This is a solid par 3. Put your tee ball on the green, two putt and walk away with a par.

Hole 8

HOLE 8 – copperhead creek | HDCP 6

A decent tee shot sets up a downhill approach shot. The green defends itself with a creek in the front and a bunker in the back.

Hole 9

HOLE 9 – Turtle pond | HDCP 4

Playing from the back tees requires a shot over the pond. Landing safely in the fairway, a precisely played approach puts your ball on the back to front sloping green. Great finishing hole with a majestic view.
